Mr. Melton and CCA Students:

WHAT:

Each house will compete for the privilege of cutting Mr. Melton’s hair at the school picnic on May 25.  The house that raises the most money by May 24 will be in charge of who does the cutting and what hair style Mr. Melton will keep for at least 24 hours.

A minimum of $1000 must be raised by each house.  Mrs. Melton will match the total raised by the winning house.

WHERE:

CCA and Beyond

WHEN:

April 27—May 24, 2012

WHY:

Mr. Melton is in dire need of a haircut.  This is a fundraiser to raise money for the first phase of the CCA Building Fund.  Phase One involves bringing the current building up to 2012 Fire Code as we implement the CCA Expansion Plan.

HOW:

Students are encouraged to ask family, close friends and neighbors to support this endeavor, however, we do not want students going door to door.  Suggested donors include only people the family knows well, folks at church or business associates of parents.  Parents may be involved as well. Students that are old enough may do projects (mowing lawns, washing cars, yard work, etc…) in exchange for donations.

Online donations will be accepted in the next few days or you may send a donation in with your favorite student.  Checks may also be mailed to CCA 13902 Factory Lane, Louisville, KY 40245.
